Subject: UNCSA – Piedmont NC AGO MS/HS Organ Festival & Competition
Dear AGO Colleague,
Greetings from Winston-Salem, NC!
We are excited to let you and your members know that the 2026 Middle/High School Organ Festival & Competition hosted by the Piedmont NC Chapter of the AGO with UNCSA & Salem College is now accepting applications.
The Festival & Competition will be held January 30–February 1, 2026.
We like to envision this as a “mini-POE” for the middle of the academic year. Participants will have a chance to get to know others with similar interests, participate in workshops, masterclasses, and attend recitals, as well as compete in one of TWO levels of the Competition: Intermediate and Advanced (competitors choose their level based on their potential repertoire).
The Competition Website has all the pertinent information including a link to the Competition Rules & Regulations. The deadline to apply is December 19. Accepted participants will be notified by January 5.
We would be grateful if you could share this with your members at your earliest convenience by forwarding this email, sharing it through social media, include in your chapter’s newsletter, and through word of mouth.
